Please include your name, address, and telephone number. You should also indicate in your return if you wish a refund or a replacement, and the reason for returning the item. Returns that were received as gifts can only be returned for a replacement of the same product or one of equal value.
On receipt of your package we will promptly issue a refund using the same method of payment that your purchase was made with. If a replacement is requested, your order will be processed within 5 business days.
Damaged or missing Items
We carefully pack and inspect each package before shipping to our customers; however, sometimes “things” happen.
